1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, used, tampered with, missing original packaging, or returned after the 30-day window has passed.

3. How to Start a Return

• Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
• We will confirm your order details and return eligibility.
• Ship the item back to us in its original, undamaged condition.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

1. Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Store credit or exchange is available on request.

2. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case Nutrelyx covers return shipping and issues a full refund.

3. Delivery Timeline Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days of purchase. The 30-day return window begins on the delivery date, not the order date.
